Main Responsibilities:
- Engage Allergy/Immunology customers in assigned territory and deliver clinically focused selling messages to introduce, launch, grow brand share and revenue; deliver product goals for atopic dermatitis and asthma.
- Collaborate with field stakeholders (e.g., medical science liaisons, field reimbursement/market access, thought leader liaisons) to address customer needs, identify trends, and develop strategies to meet brand and corporate objectives.
- Build relationships with Allergy experts, biologic coordinators, office staff/healthcare personnel, and patient advocacy groups.
- Identify opportunities and develop strategic business plans to drive utilization and grow territory business.
- Plan and execute local promotional speaker programs and activities.
- Maximize territory budget to execute strategies and grow the business.
- Participate in/lead sales initiatives (e.g., congresses and medical conferences).
- Own business opportunities via coordination and calling on large group practices and key targets.
- Establish relationships with thought leaders to drive industry-leading customer value.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (accredited four-year).
- 3+ years pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device sales (or relevant business/healthcare experience).
- Ability to learn/apply technical and scientific product information.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Proven sales success in complex markets with integrity and compliance.
- Team-player; Valid Driver’s License.

Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years selling self-injectable (sub-cutaneous) or office-administered IV biologics.
- 2+ years selling in asthma or immunology disorders (e.g., atopic dermatitis, psoriasis, MS, Crohn’s, ulcerative colitis).
- 2+ years calling on Allergists or Dermatologists; launch experience; matrix/alliance partnership experience.
