Main Responsibilities:
- Engage Allergy/Immunology/ENT customers in assigned territory and deliver clinically focused messaging to introduce, launch, grow brand-share and revenue; consistently deliver product goals for asthma, CRSwNP, atopic dermatitis and EOE.
- Collaborate with field stakeholders (e.g., sales counterparts, Medical Science Liaisons, Field Reimbursement/Market Access, Thought Leader Liaisons) to address customer needs, identify trends, develop strategies supporting brand/corporate objectives, and ensure account success.
- Build relationships with immunology experts and additional Allergy/ENT specialists, biologic coordinators, office staff, and relevant healthcare personnel.
- Drive results by identifying opportunities and creating strategic business plans to increase utilization and grow territory business.
- Plan, organize, and execute local promotional speaker programs and activities.
- Maximize territory budget to support strategy/tactics and grow business.
- Participate in and help lead sales initiatives (e.g., congresses, local/regional meetings, medical conferences).
- Own business opportunities in the geography, including calling on large group practices and key targets.
- Establish thought-leader relationships to drive customer value.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college/university.
- 2+ years pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device sales experience.
- Ability to learn/apply technical and scientific product information.
- Ability to travel to meetings/trainings/programs as necessary.
- Proven consistent sales performance in complex markets with integrity and compliance.
- Team player who collaborates to reach shared goals.
- Valid Driver’s License.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 years selling self-injectable biologics (subcutaneous) or office-administered IV.
- 2 years selling in asthma or other immunology disorders (e.g., atopic dermatitis, psoriasis, MS, Crohn’s, ulcerative colitis).
- 2 years calling on Allergists and/or ENTs; co-promotion experience.
- Advanced clinically based selling; proven track record in product launches.
- Experience in-servicing/training office staff, nurses, office managers.
- Strong learning aptitude for science and disease-state/treatment trends; highly organized with strong account management.
