Main Responsibilities
- Engage Allergists and ENTs (and other key customers) in assigned geography; deliver clinically focused messages to introduce, launch, grow brand share and revenue, and meet product goals for asthma, CRSwNP, atopic dermatitis, CSU and EOE.
- Collaborate with field stakeholders (e.g., MSLs, Field Reimbursement/Market Access, Thought Leader Liaisons) to address customer needs, identify market trends, and develop strategies supporting brand and corporate objectives.
- Build relationships with immunology experts and Allergy/ENT specialists, biologic coordinators, office staff, and relevant patient advocacy groups.
- Identify key opportunities and develop strategic business plans to drive product utilization and grow territory business.
- Plan, organize, and execute local promotional speaker programs and activities; maximize allocated territory budget to support execution.
- Participate in and help lead sales initiatives (e.g., industry congresses, local/regional meetings, medical conferences).
- Own business opportunities in the territory, including coordinating with large group practices and other key targets.
- Establish relationships with thought leaders; drive industry-leading customer value.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 3 years pharmaceutical/medical device/biotech sales or relevant clinical experience.
- Ability to travel as needed within the territory.
- Proven consistent sales performance in complex markets with diverse customer segments.
- Team player mindset.
- Valid Driver’s License.

Preferred Qualifications
- 2 years selling self-injectable (or office-administered IV) biologics.
- 2 years selling in asthma or immunology disorders (e.g., atopic dermatitis, psoriasis, MS, Crohn’s, ulcerative colitis).
- 2 years calling on Allergists and/or ENTs.
- Co-promotion experience.
- Advanced clinically based selling skills; technical/scientific product learning ability.
- In-servicing/training experience with office staff, nurses, and office managers.
- Strong account management and organization.
- Fleet safety training completion and acceptable driving record.
