Main Responsibilities:
- Engage Allergy/Immunology customers within assigned territory and deliver clinically focused messages to introduce, launch, grow brand-share and revenue; consistently deliver product goals for atopic dermatitis and asthma indications.
- Collaborate with field stakeholders (e.g., Sales Professional counterparts, Medical Science Liaisons, Field Reimbursement/Market Access, Thought Leader Liaisons) to address customer needs, identify market trends, develop strategies supporting brand/corporate objectives, and ensure account success.
- Build relationships with Allergy experts, biologic coordinators, office staff, and key healthcare personnel/patient advocacy groups.
- Identify opportunities and develop strategic business plans to drive utilization and grow territory business.
- Plan, organize, and execute local promotional speaker programs and activities.
- Maximize territory budget to support strategies/tactics and generate/grow business.
- Participate in/lead sales success initiatives (e.g., industry congresses, local/regional meetings, medical conferences).
- Own business opportunities by coordinating/calling on large group practices and other key targets.
- Establish relationships with thought leaders to drive industry-leading customer value.
About You (Qualifications/Skills):
- Bachelorβs degree from an accredited four-year college/university.
- 3+ years pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device sales (or other life science relevant experience) strongly preferred.
- Ability to learn and apply technical/scientific product information.
- Track record of consistent sales performance in complex markets with diverse customer segments; integrity and compliance.
- Team player; ability to collaborate to reach common goals.
- 2+ years selling sub-cutaneous self-injectable (or office-administered IV) biologics in complex/competitive markets strongly preferred.
- 2+ years calling on Allergists or Dermatologists strongly preferred.
- Alliance/matrix partnership experience strongly preferred.
