Responsibilities:
- Engage Allergists/ENTs and other key customers in an assigned geography; deliver clinically focused messages to introduce, launch, grow brand share and revenue, and consistently achieve product goals for asthma, CRSwNP, atopic dermatitis, and EOE.
- Collaborate with field stakeholders (e.g., medical, reimbursement/market access, thought leader liaisons) to address customer needs, identify market dynamics, develop strategies supporting brand/corporate objectives, and ensure account success.
- Build relationships with immunology experts and Allergy/ENT specialists, biologic coordinators, office staff, healthcare personnel, and patient advocacy support groups.
- Identify opportunities and develop strategic business plans to grow territory business and product utilization.
- Plan, organize, and execute local promotional speaker programs and activities.
- Maximize the territory budget to support strategies/tactics and generate/grow business.
- Participate in and help lead sales initiatives (e.g., congresses, regional/local meetings, medical conferences).
- Own business opportunities in the territory, including coordination/calling upon large group practices and key targets.
- Establish relationships with thought leaders to drive industry-leading customer value.
Qualifications (Required):
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college/university.
- 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device sales.
- Ability to learn/apply technical and scientific product information.
- Ability to travel as necessary.
- Proven, consistent sales performance in complex markets with integrity and compliance.
- Team player; valid Driver’s License.
Qualifications (Preferred):
- 2 years selling sub-cutaneous self-injectable (or office-administered IV) biologics.
- 2 years selling experience in asthma or immunology disorders (e.g., atopic dermatitis, psoriasis, multiple sclerosis, Crohn’s, ulcerative colitis).
- 2 years calling on Allergists and/or ENTs; co-promotion experience.
- Advanced clinically based selling; strong product launch results.
- In-servicing/training office staff, nurses, and office managers; strong organization/account management.
