Main Responsibilities:
- Engage Allergy/Immunology customers in assigned territory and deliver clinically focused selling messages to introduce, launch, grow brand-share and revenue for atopic dermatitis and asthma.
- Collaborate with field stakeholders (e.g., Medical Science Liaisons, Field Reimbursement/Market Access, Thought Leader Liaisons) to address customer needs, identify trends, develop strategies, and ensure account success.
- Build relationships with Allergy experts, biologic coordinators, office staff, other healthcare personnel, and patient advocacy groups as directed.
- Identify opportunities and develop strategic business plans to grow product utilization and territory business.
- Plan, organize, and execute local promotional speaker programs and activities.
- Maximize territory budget to execute strategies/tactics and generate/grow business.
- Participate in sales initiatives (e.g., congresses, local/regional meetings, medical conferences).
- Own business opportunities in the territory, including coordination/calling on large group practices and key targets.
- Develop thought-leader relationships to drive industry-leading customer value.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (accredited four-year).
- 3+ years pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device sales or relevant business/healthcare experience.
- Ability to learn/apply technical and scientific product information.
- Ability to travel as needed within the territory.
- Proven, consistent sales performance in complex markets with compliance/integrity.
- Team-oriented collaboration.
- Valid Driver’s License.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years selling sub-cutaneous self-injectable (or office-administered IV) biologics.
- 2+ years experience in asthma and/or immunology disorders (e.g., atopic dermatitis, psoriasis, multiple sclerosis, Crohn’s, ulcerative colitis).
- 2+ years calling on Allergists or Dermatologists.
- Launch experience in specialty care/biologics; alliance/matrix partnership experience.
- Advanced clinically based selling skills; results-oriented launch track record.
- Experience in-servicing/training office staff, nurses, and office managers.
- Science-focused learning, proactive knowledge-building; strong organization and account management skills.
