Main Responsibilities:
- Lead a division team of Area Business Managers (ABMs) to build trust and demonstrate value in a business-to-business selling environment.
- Develop robust divisional business plans breaking down business targets by products, segments, and contracting modalities.
- Direct ABMs in acquisition, expansion, and retention of targeted customer accounts.
- Implement ABM customer plans using promotion (including omnichannel) and analytical tools to improve efficiency.
- Support prioritization across Pediatrics, Family/General Practice, IDN/IHNs, Health Systems, and Federally Qualified Health Centers.
- Deliver account performance objectives via account plans with specific, measurable, action-oriented objectives aligned to regional goals and brand strategies.
- Use account and territory data to develop business plans and conduct business reviews.
- Navigate complex contracting and pricing to maintain and expand sales.
- Establish/track territory performance metrics and adjust plans.
- Coach/train to identify opportunities and key points of contact.
- Partner cross-functionally to prioritize account initiatives; coordinate project implementation.
- Coordinate with other customer teams to share insights for customer strategy.
- Recruit, select, train, and coach; ensure required competencies.
- Build morale and support ABM development.
About You (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 10+ years related sales experience (preferably B2B and/or healthcare).
- 3–5 years first-line pharmaceutical sales leadership.
- Relationship-building for scientific exchange/promotion; strong leadership/coaching.
- Collaborative/influential; strong customer-facing and negotiation skills.
- Inclusive mindset; role-model aligning with company behaviors.
- Regular division travel (frequent overnight/weekend); valid driver’s license and safe driving record.

- Advanced/master’s degree.
