Location/Territory: Remote/Field—must live near a major airport in Denver, CO (preferred); Kansas City, KS/MO; or Oklahoma City, OK. Travel: up to 75%.

Main Responsibilities:
- Lead a division team of Area Business Managers (ABMs) to build customer trust and deliver value in a business-to-business selling environment.
- Develop robust divisional business plans by product, segment (e.g., Independents, LOCs), and contracting modalities (e.g., PBGs) and break down targets into actionable goals.
- Direct ABMs’ acquisition, expansion, and retention of targeted customer accounts.
- Drive ABM customer plan execution using omnichannel promotion and analytical tools to improve efficiency in the sales geography.
- Support ABMs across customer segments: Pediatrics, Family/General Practice, IDN/IHNs, Health Systems, and Federally Qualified Health Centers.
- Lead account performance by ensuring measurable, action-oriented account plans aligned to regional goals and brand/disease-state strategy.
- Use account and territory data to build business plans and conduct business reviews.
- Support navigation of complex contracting and pricing to maintain and expand sales.
- Establish and track territory performance metrics; adjust plans based on progress and opportunity.
- Coach/train team members to identify and act on key business opportunities and contacts.
- Coordinate with cross-functional partners to prioritize initiatives and communicate partnership opportunities.
- Recruit, select, train, and coach; ensure appropriate staffing and competencies.
- Maintain morale and motivation and support ABM career development.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 10+ years related sales experience (preferably B2B and/or healthcare sales).
- 3–5 years first-line pharmaceutical sales leadership (internal candidates: completed leadership program with demonstrated leadership).
- Ability to build professional relationships with healthcare providers; strong coaching/people development skills; inspirational leadership.
- Collaboration and ability to influence peers/educate management on account needs.
- Strong customer-facing and negotiation skills; inclusive/diverse mindset.
- Role model aligning with core values/behaviors (Act, Stretch, Think One Sanofi, Focus on Patients and Customers).
- Ability to travel regularly; valid driver’s license and safe driving record.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced or master’s degree.
- Vaccine sales and/or buy-and-bill knowledge (distribution, administration, reimbursement).
- Launch experience (last 4 years); experience with organized customers/executive value propositions; managed-market and competitive knowledge; exposure to other functional areas (e.g., Sales Training, Customer Solutions, Sales Ops, Managed Care, Marketing).
