Analyst, Finance

Purpose
The Financial Analyst supports ongoing financial forecasting and planning and assists with development of financial models for business decision-making. Assists with preparation and analysis of actual results versus forecast.

Responsibilities
- Assist with month-end close and financial reporting, including monthly business/budget reviews, LBEs, and review package preparation with variance analysis/commentary on expenses, headcount, and capital.
- Assist with variance analysis and commentary for planning cycles and management reporting under direct guidance of the Manager.
- Provide accurate and timely financial planning and analysis deliverables to the Manager.
- Provide financial support to functional business managers.
- Support Accounting Shared Services month-end close and financial reporting by reviewing results for completeness and providing variance commentary (may include P&L, headcount, and balance sheet components).

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (preferred) and/or 2+ years of relevant Finance or Accounting experience.
- Strong communication skills and customer support.
- Proficient Excel skills required; TM1 and SAP experience preferred.
