Americas Compensation and Benefits Partner
Responsibilities:
- Partner with global comp leaders and HR Business Partners to plan and implement compensation programs globally.
- Serve as compensation and benefits point of contact for assigned regions; ensure alignment with market trends and objectives.
- Manage market benchmarking and develop base salary structures and bonus programs.
- Build relationships with Business Leaders, Finance, HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Global Mobility, and HR team.
- Implement and communicate compensation and benefits policies and practices.
- Manage external vendor relationships to ensure service quality and effective change management.
- Participate in country benefit vendor reviews (excluding US), including RFPs and renewals; coordinate with Procurement and Privacy.
- Collaborate with HRIS team on configuration for local/regional/global requirements.
- Identify operational improvements and efficiencies with the compensation administration team.
- Manage 1β2 direct reports.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree in human resources, finance, or related field.
- 7+ years as a total rewards business partner in a global organization; experience evaluating and implementing compensation strategies.
- Hands-on, adaptable, highly organized; ability to execute in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal/written communication; ability to tailor messaging.
- Ability to influence stakeholders across all levels.
- Confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information.
- Solid project management; advanced analytical/problem-solving skills.
- Expert Microsoft Excel; HRIS experience (Workday preferred).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified Compensation Professional.
- Experience with Global Job Architecture.
- Experience with market pricing and job evaluation tools/methodologies.
- Strong financial planning/accounting acumen.
- Understanding of SOX requirements/compliance.
