Responsibilities:
- Employ business planning and local market knowledge to develop sales and customer networks.
- Develop disease and product knowledge to compliantly promote dermatological products to healthcare professionals.
- Engage physicians and targeted healthcare professionals in an assigned geography to deliver clinically relevant information and exceed product goals while following legal and compliance regulations.
- Utilize knowledge of the marketplace and reimbursement landscape to prioritize opportunities.
- Use effective direct selling techniques and market strategies to expand product demand.
- Sell in a changing health care environment using critical thinking and a strategic mindset to gain customer access.
- Coordinate and collaborate with field-based personnel to proactively address customer needs.
- Use patient-focused clinical dialogue to engage with every member of a healthcare office; deliver outstanding customer service through total account management.
- Develop relationships and maintain an active presence in the Dermatology community and associated organizations.
- Represent the company professionally, ethically, and compliantly at all times.
Required Education, Experience, and Skills:
- Minimum two years of proven sales experience in a quota-driven role; preference for dermatological, medical device, or specialty pharmaceutical sales.
- Bachelorโs degree from a four-year college or university.
- Valid driverโs license and acceptable driving record.
- Demonstrated sustained high performance and strong aptitude for learning.
- High sense of urgency, especially regarding customer service orientation.
- Ability to travel as required by the territory.
- Ability to thrive in a performance-based, fast-paced, results-oriented culture.
Location/Eligibility:
- Territory covers the state of Michigan; selected candidate must reside within Michigan.
