Key Responsibilities:
- Navigate and resolve account challenges with tailored solutions.
- Build and execute a strategic territory plan to align priorities, drive product demand, and improve patient outcomes.
- Partner with territory teammates, field teams, and home-office colleagues to deliver access support.
- Use market/competitive and cross-functional knowledge to anticipate opportunities and respond with agility.
- Leverage territory data and trends to uncover local insights, support pull-through, and lead impactful engagements (virtual or in person).
- Facilitate planning sessions with stakeholders to solve complex problems and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Provide real-time access support with Patient Specialty Services (PSS) for a seamless customer experience.
- Use digital tools and omni-channel strategies to personalize outreach across virtual and face-to-face settings.
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelorโs degree.
- Experience (last 5 years) in pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare or similarly complex sales environments; Associate level may include limited sales experience.
- Proven track record selling to large accounts/key customers.
- Self-starter with analytical problem-solving and ethical leadership.
- Reside in territory (or within 50 miles of the border); travel 60โ80%; valid driverโs license.
Desirable Requirements:
- Experience across therapeutic groups/disease states, account strategy, and new product launches.
- Knowledge of patient services, market access, buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement, and/or medical calling on HCPs.
