Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve account challenges with effective, tailored solutions.
- Build and execute a strategic territory plan to drive product demand and improve patient outcomes.
- Partner with territory teammates, field teams, and home-office colleagues to deliver access support.
- Use market/competitive knowledge to anticipate opportunities and respond with agility.
- Leverage territory data and trends to support pull-through and lead impactful customer engagements (virtual or in person).
- Facilitate stakeholder planning sessions to solve complex issues across functions.
- Provide real-time access support and coordinate with Patient Specialty Services (PSS).
- Use digital tools and omni-channel strategies for personalized outreach.

Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience (last 5 years) in pharma/biotech/healthcare or similarly complex sales environments; Associate level: limited prior sales experience acceptable.
- Proven high-performance selling to large accounts/key customers.
- Analytic self-starter with ethical leadership and strong compliance mindset.
- Reside within territory or within 50 miles of territory border; travel 60–80% and drive/fly in territory; valid driver’s license.

Desirable Requirements:
- Experience across therapeutic areas, disease states, account management strategy, and new product launches.
- Understanding of patient services, market access, buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement, and/or medical calling on HCPs.

Leveling Guidelines (overview):
- Associate: leadership in US Military (4+ years) or limited sales experience.
- Territory: 2+ years relevant specialty sales.
- Senior: 5+ years relevant specialty sales.
- Executive: 10+ years relevant specialty sales.
