Key Responsibilities:
- Navigate and resolve account challenges with effective, tailored solutions.
- Build and execute a strategic territory plan to align priorities and drive product demand and improved patient outcomes.
- Partner with territory teammates, field teams, and home-office colleagues to deliver access support.
- Use market/competitive knowledge and cross-functional insights to anticipate opportunities and respond with agility.
- Leverage territory data and market trends to uncover local insights and lead impactful engagements (virtual or in person).
- Facilitate stakeholder planning sessions to solve complex problems and collaborate across functions.
- Provide real-time access support and work closely with Patient Specialty Services (PSS) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Use digital tools and omni-channel strategies to personalize outreach (virtual and face-to-face).
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (4-year).
- Experience (within last 5 years) in pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare or similarly complex industries with geographically dispersed sales teams; Associate applicants may have limited prior sales experience.
- Proven high performance selling to large accounts/key customers.
- Self-starter with strong analytic/problem-solving skills and ethical/compliance leadership.
- Live within the territory (or within 50 miles of the border); travel 60–80%; ability to drive/fly in territory; valid driver’s license.
Desirable Requirements:
- Experience across therapeutic groups/disease states, account management strategy, and new product launches.
- Knowledge of patient services, market access, buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement, and/or medical calling on HCPs.
Driving is an essential function: must have a fully valid and unrestricted driver’s license.
