Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve account challenges with effective, tailored solutions.
- Build a strategic territory plan aligned to shared priorities; drive product demand and improved patient outcomes.
- Partner with territory teammates/field/home-office colleagues to deliver access support.
- Use market and competitive knowledge to anticipate opportunities and respond with agility.
- Leverage territory data and market trends to uncover local insights and lead customer engagements (virtual or in person).
- Facilitate planning sessions with key stakeholders to solve complex, cross-functional needs.
- Provide real-time access support and work closely with Patient Specialty Services (PSS).
- Use digital tools and omni-channel strategies to personalize outreach (virtual and face-to-face).

Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare (or similarly complex industries) with large, geographically dispersed sales teams within the last 5 years; Associate level candidates may have limited sales experience.
- Proven high performance selling to large accounts/key customers.
- Strong analytical/problem-solving skills; ethical leadership and compliance mindset.
- Reside within territory or within 50 miles of territory border; travel 60–80%; ability to drive and/or fly; valid driver’s license.
- Driving is an essential function (must have a valid unrestricted driver’s license).

Desirable Requirements:
- Experience across therapeutic groups/disease states, account management, and new product launches.
- Understanding of patient services/market access (buy-and-bill), specialty pharmacy, reimbursement and/or medical calling on HCPs.

Compensation/Benefits (US-based eligible employees):
- Salary range depends on level; performance cash incentive; potential annual equity awards; health/life/disability, 401(k) with match, and time off.

Training:
- For field roles with a dedicated training period: complete initial training/home study (<=8 hours/day, <=40 hours/week).
