Responsibilities:
- Navigate and resolve account challenges with tailored solutions.
- Build a strategic territory plan aligning shared priorities to drive product demand and improve patient outcomes.
- Partner with territory teammates, field teams, and home-office colleagues to deliver access support.
- Use market/competitive knowledge to anticipate opportunities and respond with agility.
- Use territory data and market trends to uncover local insights, support pull-through, and engage customers (virtual or in person).
- Facilitate planning sessions with key stakeholders to solve complex challenges across functions.
- Provide real-time access support and work closely with Patient Specialty Services (PSS).
- Use digital tools and omni-channel strategies to personalize outreach (virtual and face-to-face).

Qualifications (Essential):
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5+ years (or leveling-appropriate) experience in pharma/biotech/healthcare or similar complex sales environments with geographically dispersed teams; Associate level: limited prior sales experience acceptable.
- Proven high-performance selling to large accounts and key customers.
- Self-starter with strong analytics; ethical leadership and compliance mindset.
- Reside within territory or within 50 miles of territory border; travel 60–80%; valid driver’s license.

Qualifications (Desirable):
- Experience across therapeutic groups/disease states, account strategy, and new product launches.
- Knowledge of patient services, market access, buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy, and reimbursement; medical calling on HCPs.

Additional:
- Driving is essential (fully valid, unrestricted driver’s license).
- Field roles with dedicated training: complete initial training/home study (≤8 hours/day, ≤40 hours/week).
