Key Responsibilities:
- Navigate and resolve challenges within accounts to deliver effective, tailored solutions.
- Build a strategic territory plan by aligning shared priorities and using insights/tactics to drive product demand and improve patient outcomes.
- Partner with territory teammates, field teams, and home-office colleagues to address customer needs and deliver access support.
- Use market/competitive knowledge and cross-functional insights to anticipate opportunities and respond with agility.
- Use territory data and market trends for local insights, pull-through efforts, and impactful customer engagements (virtual or in person).
- Facilitate planning sessions with key stakeholders to solve complex challenges and collaborate across functions.
- Deliver real-time access support and work with Patient Specialty Services (PSS) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Use digital tools and omni-channel strategies to personalize outreach in virtual and face-to-face settings.
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelorβs degree (4-year).
- Experience (last 5 years) in pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare or similar complex, geographically dispersed sales environments; Associate level welcomed with limited prior sales experience.
- Proven consistent high-performance selling to large accounts.
- Self-starter with strong analytics and ethical leadership/compliance mindset.
- Reside within territory or within 50 miles of the border; travel 60β80%; drive and/or fly within territory; valid driverβs license.
Desirable Requirements:
- Experience across therapeutic groups, disease states, account management strategy, and new product launches.
- Understanding of patient services, market access, buy & bill, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement and/or medical calling on HCPs.
