Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, develop, retain, mentor, and lead a diverse team of Territory Account Specialists; set and supervise KPIs and accountability.
- Model clear expectations and drive process improvement.
- Monitor and mentor specialists to orchestrate total account calls; coordinate resource deployment to meet customer needs.
- Develop and execute a customer-centric business plan with customer engagement and cross-functional partners.
- Serve on the regional leadership team to support regional goals, execution, team development, and culture.
- Champion a customer-centric, results-oriented culture that encourages speaking up, problem-solving, collaboration, experimentation, and learning.
- Use in-depth clinical, access, and reimbursement knowledge and omni-channel tools to coach the team.
- Use analytics to identify risk/opportunity and guide deployment of strategic field and omni-channel resources.

Qualifications (Required):
- Bachelorโ€™s degree.
- 2+ yearsโ€™ experience as a first-line sales manager with strategic thinking and enterprise mindset.
- Demonstrated success attracting, developing, and retaining diverse talent; leading cross-functional partnerships.
- Proven sales growth and strategic execution in complex, multi-regional environments.
- Ability to reside within the territory or within 100 miles of the border; travel 60โ€“80%; valid driverโ€™s license.
- Leadership experience in pharma/biotech/healthcare or similar complex sales environments.

Desirable:
- Experience leading teams promoting to large practices, hospitals, IDNs, and SoC customers; reimbursement knowledge (outpatient/payer and inpatient/DRG/Medicare).
