Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive business plans to deliver revenue targets and maximize Gold Bond utilization across assigned grocery accounts (Ahold, Publix, Meijer).
- Lead negotiations on pricing, promotions, shelf placement, and distribution expansion.
- Manage broker relationships (East and West regions) to align with Gold Bond objectives and brand strategies.
- Conduct regular business reviews to assess performance, identify opportunities, and resolve challenges.
- Drive sales optimization via promotional planning, category management, and strategic initiatives.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and execute joint business plans aligned to retail partners’ priorities and Gold Bond goals.
- Monitor/report account metrics (sales, distribution, market share, promotional ROI).
- Provide guidance to agency managers/field teams; collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Trade Marketing.
- Serve as primary point of contact/trusted advisor; ensure exceptional customer experience; represent Gold Bond at events.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years in sales/account management/commercial roles (preferably grocery/retail).
- 2+ years in leadership/team lead capacity.
- Proven record managing major retail accounts and driving revenue growth.

- Sales optimization, trend analysis, strategic sales initiatives, account planning, sales strategy, business development.
- Stakeholder engagement/relationship management, customer experience management, collaborative communications, sales administration.
- Negotiation/influencing; analytical, data-to-insight; presentation/communication.
- Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/sales analytics tools.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Ahold, Publix, Meijer (or similar); broker management/field sales.
- Consumer health/personal care; category management and shopper insights.

Travel: Up to 30–40%.
