Responsibilities:
- Serve on the Material Review Committee (MLR) to help ensure promotional/scientific materials are accurate, balanced, and compliant.
- Review, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements (vendor, services, confidentiality, consulting, and other business agreements) using templates/playbooks.
- Support legal review of grants and funding requests (risk, consistency, documentation, compliance).
- Provide practical, day-to-day legal guidance for ATTRUBY and other priorities across commercial strategy, HCP/HCO engagement, promotional materials, patient programs, payer/market access, and contracts.
- Monitor legal/regulatory developments affecting promotional review, grants, and commercial contracting and translate into actionable guidance.
Qualifications:
- J.D. degree; admitted to practice law in the United States.
- 5+ years of relevant legal experience (law firm, pharma/biotech/med-tech, and/or government).
- Experience with promotional review, commercial contracting, grants, healthcare compliance, medical affairs support, and/or life sciences commercial counseling; prior promotional review committee experience strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with life sciences legal frameworks (e.g., FDA promotional requirements, fraud/abuse, transparency laws, OIG guidance, industry codes).
