Responsibilities:
- Achieve/exceed quarterly and annual territory sales quotas for both capital and consumable product lines.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities via prospecting, lead generation, and referrals.
- Execute effective territory coverage, call planning, and pipeline management.
- Provide on-site product demonstrations and training to drive utilization and customer satisfaction.
- Educate customers on product indications, contraindications, safety, and outcomes.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts per pricing and compliance guidelines.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM data.
- Build and maintain relationships with key aesthetic physicians and Med Spa owners.
- Conduct business reviews and utilization analyses to identify growth opportunities.
- Support local workshops, user meetings, and tradeshows.
- Partner cross-functionally with Clinical, Marketing, and Inside Sales.
- Serve as primary point of contact for post-installation training, troubleshooting, and pull-through initiatives.
- Coordinate customer onboarding, installation, and education with field service/training teams.
- Work with marketing and product management on launch plans and promotional initiatives.
- Complete administrative reports; maintain compliance with FDA regulations and quality standards (GMP, GDP, GCP).
Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree preferred.
- 2+ years medical device, aesthetic, or capital equipment sales required.
- Success in new business development and account growth.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Technical aptitude to explain complex technologies and treatment protocols.
- Experience working with physicians/healthcare professionals in an FDA-regulated environment.
- Strong time management, organization, and CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred).
- Travel up to 75% (including some weekends).
- Valid driverโs license; ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
- Consultative, patient-centered, entrepreneurial, and team-oriented.

- Base pay range: $90Kโ$120K; eligible for annual bonus or sales incentive plan.
