Role Summary

Aesthetic Experience Manager (AEM)/ Senior Aesthetic Experience Manager to join the field sales team. Lead sales efforts in Wisconsin territory, cultivating relationships, identifying opportunities, and exceeding sales objectives. Deliver product insights, pricing, and promotional solutions to enhance the customer journey.

Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed established sales quotas and performance metrics
  • Drive direct sales of aesthetic products within an assigned territory through sales strategies, promotions, and educational events
  • Represent the Evolus brand with professionalism and a deep understanding of the value proposition
  • Complete administrative responsibilities including expense reports and sales tracking
  • Follow up with customers throughout the sales cycle to foster long-term relationships
  • Conduct regular in-person and virtual meetings with customer accounts to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Manage territory and sample budgets in line with corporate guidelines
  • Stay current on clinical data, product updates, and industry trends to serve as a resource
  • Collaborate with customers to plan and execute promotional activities
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
  • Perform ad-hoc project requests and additional duties
  • Field-based position in Wisconsin covering Milwaukee, Madison, Green Bay, Upper Peninsula and surrounding area
  • No relocation assistance provided
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Valid driverβ€šΓ„Γ΄s license
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Technically savvy with ability to embrace new applications
  • Willingness to travel up to 50β€šΓ„Γ¬75% of the time
  • 5+ years of successful sales experience in the aesthetics market or related healthcare verticals (preferred)
  • Candidates with less experience but strong aptitude for sales and aesthetics encouraged to apply

  • Product knowledge in facial aesthetics and injectables (external candidates for Senior AEM)

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • MBA or advanced degree (Preferred)
