Aesthetic Experience Manager (AEM) / Senior Aesthetic Experience Manager (Sales) — field-based in West Palm and surrounding area (must live in territory; no relocation).
Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed sales quotas and performance metrics.
- Drive direct sales of aesthetic products via sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and educational events.
- Represent the brand professionally and accurately communicate the value proposition.
- Complete administrative tasks (expense reports, sales tracking, required documentation).
- Maintain consistent customer follow-up throughout the sales cycle; conduct in-person and virtual meetings.
- Manage territory and sample budgets in line with corporate guidelines.
- Stay current on clinical data, product updates, and industry trends.
- Coordinate and execute promotional activities to drive awareness and adoption.
- Ensure personal and company compliance with federal/state/local and company policies.
- Additional/ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal/teamwork, and verbal/written communication skills.
- Technically savvy; willing to learn new applications.
- Travel: 50–75%.
Preferred:
- 5+ years in injectable aesthetics sales (or related cash-pay healthcare vertical experience); consultative/relationship-based selling.
- Ability to build/grow territory and manage long-term relationships.
- Clinical education and comfort engaging multiple stakeholders.
Senior AEM requirements:
- Minimum 3 years field experience selling injectables in aesthetics.
- Proven sales growth, relationship-building, strategic/negotiation skills, and ability to mentor.
