Role Summary

Aesthetic Experience Manager to join a high-performing field sales team, acting as a strategic partner to current and prospective customers across specialties, promoting the Evolus aesthetics portfolio with expertise and enthusiasm. Lead sales efforts in the territory, cultivate relationships, identify opportunities, and exceed sales objectives while delivering product insights, pricing, and tailored promotional solutions to enhance the Evolus customer journey. This is a field-based role in multiple Valley area locations.

Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed established sales quotas and performance metrics.
  • Drive direct sales of our aesthetic products within an assigned territory through sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and educational events.
  • Represent the Evolus brand with professionalism and integrity.
  • Complete administrative responsibilities promptly, including expense reports and sales tracking.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with customers throughout the sales cycle to foster long-term relationships.
  • Conduct regular in-person and virtual meetings with customer accounts to identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
  • Manage territory and sample budgets in line with corporate guidelines.
  • Stay current on clinical data, product updates, and industry trends to serve as a resource for customers.
  • Collaborate with customers to plan, coordinate, and execute promotional activities that drive brand awareness and product adoption.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable policies and procedures.
  • Perform ad-hoc project requests and additional duties as assigned.
  • Travel required within specified territory; field-based in Sherman Oaks, Tarzana, Encino, Burbank, Northridge, Granada Hills, Santa Clarita, Valencia, Bakersfield and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technically savvy with ability to embrace new applications.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50–75% of the time, including in-person visits and regional meetings.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of successful sales experience in injectable aesthetics or related fields; strong preference for experience with medical spas, plastic surgeons, dermatologists, or similar healthcare verticals.
  • Strong aptitude for sales with a track record in consultative or relationship-based roles.
  • Proven ability to build and grow a territory and manage long-term customer relationships.
  • Experience in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments; ability to adapt quickly and take initiative.
  • Comfort with clinical education, promotional activities, and engaging multiple stakeholder types.
