Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed established sales quotas and performance metrics.
- Drive direct sales of aesthetic products in an assigned territory via sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and educational events.
- Represent the brand professionally and with integrity; understand and communicate the value proposition.
- Complete administrative responsibilities (expense reports, sales tracking, and required documentation).
- Maintain consistent customer follow-up throughout the sales cycle.
- Conduct in-person and virtual meetings to support satisfaction and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
- Manage territory and sample budgets in alignment with corporate guidelines.
- Stay current on clinical data, product updates, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with customers to plan, coordinate, and execute promotional activities.
- Ensure personal and company compliance with all Federal/state/local/company policies and procedures.
- Perform ad-hoc projects/additional duties as assigned.
- Field-based role: live in Memphis, Little Rock, and surrounding area; no relocation assistance.
- Travel: up to 50โ€“75%.

Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Valid driverโ€™s license.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal/teamwork skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Technically savvy; willingness to learn new applications.
- Willingness/ability to travel 50โ€“75%.

Preferred:
- 5+ years successful sales in injectable aesthetics (or comparable cash-pay healthcare selling to medical spas/plastic surgeons/dermatologists).
- Aptitude for sales with passion for aesthetics; strong consultative/relationship-based selling track record.
- Proven ability to build/grow territory and manage long-term customer relationships.
- Comfort providing clinical education and engaging multiple stakeholder types (e.g., physicians, office managers, staff).

Senior AEM requirements (external):
- Above AEM criteria plus 3+ years field experience selling injectables in aesthetics.
- Proven sales growth and key relationship development.
- Deep knowledge of facial aesthetics, injectables, and competitive dynamics.
- Strong strategic/negotiation skills; ability to influence decision-makers.
- Ability to lead within territory and mentor peers.

Compensation/benefits (as stated):
- Exempt role; expected base pay range: $100,000 (AEM) or $120,000 (Senior AEM). Sales incentive compensation eligibility.
