Aesthetic Experience Manager – Houston North

Aesthetic Experience Manager (AEM) / Senior Aesthetic Experience Manager (Field Sales) — Houston North area (The Woodlands, Spring, Cypress, Conroe, Katy). Must live in territory. No relocation assistance. Travel: up to 50–75%.
Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed sales quotas and performance metrics
- Drive direct sales of aesthetic products in an assigned territory via sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and educational events
- Represent the brand professionally with strong understanding of value proposition
- Complete administrative tasks (expense reports, sales tracking, and required documentation)
- Maintain consistent customer follow-up throughout the sales cycle
- Conduct regular in-person and virtual meetings; identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities
- Manage territory and sample budgets in line with corporate guidelines
- Stay current on clinical data, product updates, and industry trends
- Collaborate with customers to plan and execute promotional activities
- Ensure personal and company compliance with applicable federal/state/local/company policies
- Perform ad-hoc projects and other assigned duties
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal/teamwork skills
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Technically savvy; willing to adopt new applications
- Ability to travel 50–75%
Preferred:
- 5+ years sales experience in injectable aesthetics (or related cash-pay healthcare verticals such as med spas, plastic surgeons, dermatologists)
- Consultative/relationship-based sales success; aptitude + passion encouraged
- Proven territory growth and long-term customer relationship management
- Experience in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments
- Comfort delivering clinical education and promotions to multiple stakeholders (e.g., physicians, office managers, staff)
Senior AEM (external candidates):
- Minimum 3 years field experience selling injectables in aesthetics
- Proven sales growth and key customer relationship development
- Deep knowledge of facial aesthetics, injectable products, and competitive dynamics
- Strong strategic/negotiation skills; influence decision-makers
- Ability to lead in territory and mentor peers
Compensation & Total Rewards (explicitly stated):
- Exempt; expected base pay range: $100,000 (AEM) or $120,000 (Senior AEM)
- Eligible for sales incentive compensation; base salary determined case-by-case
