Precision Medicine Liaison (Southeast Region)
Key Responsibilities
- Translate Precision Health/Medical Affairs priorities into scalable PML field strategies across therapeutic areas.
- Implement diagnostic, prognostic, and monitoring workflow initiatives; identify care gaps and inefficiencies impacting guideline-concordant testing adoption.
- Facilitate standardized diagnostic workflows across sites, departments, and service lines within IDNs.
- Align clinical, laboratory, IT, operational, and financial stakeholders to support system-wide workflow standardization.
- Establish/monitor KPIs; support Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews (MBRs/QBRs).
- Use CRM, data, and digital tools; partner with analytics to create dashboards linking diagnostic performance to outcomes, quality, and value-based care.
- Deliver compliant precision health education to external audiences; capture and translate external insights to inform strategy.
- Maintain expertise in diagnostic/biomarker methodologies (PCR, IHC, FISH, NGS; somatic/germline) and diagnostic pathways.
- Provide strategic guidance integrating evolving standards and genomic innovation into scalable workflows.
Essential Requirements (Qualifications/Skills)
- Bachelor’s degree required; MS preferred.
- 5+ years in pharma/diagnostics/device/healthcare (incl. lab/diagnostics experience); oncology/hematology strongly preferred.
- Experience implementing diagnostic workflows in complex, multi-site healthcare systems.
- Strong molecular diagnostics/biomarker knowledge and genomic testing integration.
- Precision Health/Medical Affairs/health system engagement; ability to engage senior stakeholders.
- Strong communication/presentation and cross-functional collaboration.
- Digital health understanding (EMR integration/data-enabled workflows) and strong data/AI-enabled thinking.
- Reside within territory or within 50 miles of territory border; 75% travel; valid driver’s license.
Compensation & Benefits (as stated)
- Salary expected: $145,600–$270,400/year; performance cash incentive; possible annual equity.
