Key Responsibilities:
- Translate Precision Health and Medical Affairs priorities into scalable PML field strategies across therapeutic areas.
- Execute diagnostic, prognostic, and monitoring workflow initiatives across assigned healthcare systems; identify care gaps and workflow inefficiencies affecting guideline-concordant testing adoption.
- Facilitate standardized diagnostic workflows across sites, departments, and service lines within integrated delivery networks (IDNs).
- Educate internal partners on precision medicine, genomic testing, digital health, and multi-omics; align clinical, lab, IT, operations, and financial stakeholders for workflow standardization.
- Establish and monitor KPIs; support Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews (MBRs/QBRs).
- Use CRM, data, and digital tools; partner with analytics to build dashboards linking diagnostic performance to outcomes, quality metrics, and value-based care.
- Provide compliant Precision Health education to external professional audiences; capture and translate external insights to internal strategy.
- Maintain expertise in diagnostic/biomarker methodologies (PCR, IHC, FISH, NGS) for somatic and germline; apply knowledge of diagnostic pathways across disease and care settings.
- Provide strategic guidance integrating evolving diagnostic standards and genomic innovation into scalable workflows.
Essential Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; MS or equivalent preferred.
- 5+ years experience in pharma/diagnostics/device or related healthcare fields, including lab/diagnostic environments; oncology/hematology strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience implementing diagnostic workflows in complex, multi-site healthcare systems.
- Strong molecular diagnostics and biomarker science knowledge, including genomic testing integration.
- Precision Health/Medical Affairs/diagnostics/healthcare system engagement experience with senior stakeholder presence.
- Strong biomarker/molecular testing acumen with clinical and business judgment.
- Ability to drive system-level change through stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent communication/presentation and cross-functional collaboration.
- Understanding of digital health (EMR integration, data-enabled workflows) and data literacy; responsible AI-enabled thinking.
- Reside within territory (or within 50 miles of territory border). Travel up to 75%; valid driver’s license; ability to drive and/or fly within territory.
