Key Responsibilities:
- Translate Precision Health and Medical Affairs priorities into scalable Precision Medicine Liaison (PML) field strategies across therapeutic areas.
- Execute diagnostic, prognostic, and monitoring workflow initiatives; identify care gaps and workflow inefficiencies impacting guideline-concordant testing adoption.
- Facilitate standardized diagnostic workflows across sites/departments/service lines within integrated delivery networks (IDNs).
- Align clinical, laboratory, IT, operational, and financial stakeholders to support system-wide workflow standardization.
- Establish/monitor KPIs; support Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews (MBRs/QBRs).
- Use CRM, data, and digital tools; partner with analytics teams on dashboards linking diagnostic performance to outcomes, quality, and value-based care.
- Provide compliant precision health education to external professional audiences; capture external insights to inform internal strategy.
- Maintain expertise in diagnostic/biomarker methods (PCR, IHC, FISH, NGS; somatic/germline) and pathway knowledge across disease settings.
- Integrate evolving diagnostic standards and biomarker science into scalable workflows.
Essential Requirements / Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; MS or equivalent preferred.
- 5+ years in pharma/diagnostics/device/related healthcare; lab/diagnostic environment experience required. Oncology/hematology strongly preferred.
- Experience implementing diagnostic workflows in complex multi-site healthcare systems.
- Strong understanding of molecular diagnostics, biomarker science, and genomic testing in clinical practice.
- Ability to support system-level change via stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Digital health understanding (EMR integration, data-enabled workflows) and strong data literacy/AI-enabled thinking.
- Reside within territory or within 50 miles of territory border; travel up to 75%; valid driver’s license; ability to drive and/or fly.
Compensation:
- Salary expected range: $145,600–$270,400/year; performance cash incentive; potential eligibility for annual equity awards; comprehensive benefits and time off package (US eligible employees).
