Key Responsibilities
- Translate Precision Health and Medical Affairs priorities into scalable Precision Medicine Liaison (PML) field strategies across therapeutic areas.
- Execute diagnostic, prognostic, and monitoring workflow initiatives across assigned healthcare systems; identify care gaps and workflow inefficiencies impacting guideline-concordant testing adoption.
- Facilitate implementation of standardized diagnostic workflows across sites, departments, and service lines within integrated delivery networks (IDNs).
- Educate internal stakeholders on precision medicine, genomic testing, digital health, and multi-omics; align clinical, laboratory, IT, operational, and financial stakeholders to support workflow standardization.
- Establish and monitor KPIs; support reporting via Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews (MBRs/QBRs).
- Use CRM, data, and digital tools to support field execution and governance; partner with analytics to develop dashboards linking diagnostic performance to outcomes, quality metrics, and value-based care.
- Provide compliant Precision Health education to external professional audiences and capture external insights to inform strategy.
- Maintain expertise in diagnostic/biomarker methodologies (PCR, IHC, FISH, NGS), including somatic and germline applications.
- Provide strategic guidance integrating evolving diagnostic standards and genomic innovation into scalable workflows.
Essential Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree required; MS or equivalent preferred.
- 5+ years experience in pharmaceutical/diagnostics/device/healthcare fields, including laboratory/diagnostic environments; oncology/hematology strongly preferred.
- Experience supporting/implementing diagnostic workflows in complex, multi-site healthcare systems.
- Strong knowledge of molecular diagnostics and biomarker science; experience integrating genomic testing into clinical practice.
- Experience in Precision Health/Medical Affairs/diagnostics/healthcare system engagement; ability to engage senior stakeholders.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation, and cross-functional matrix skills.
- Understanding of digital health solutions, including EMR integration.
- Data literacy and responsible use of digital/AI-enabled thinking to improve decisions and outcomes.
- Reside within territory (or within 50 miles of territory border); travel up to 75%; valid driverβs license; drive and/or fly within territory.
