Responsibilities:
- Promote ANIโs PCG for Acute Gouty Arthritis through clinical education and strategic engagement with targeted HCPs.
- Build and execute territory-specific plans to drive physician awareness, patient identification, and market growth.
- Educate providers and staff on treatment access, insurance coverage, and documentation requirements.
- Coordinate with Market Access, Patient Support Services, and Medical Affairs to ensure patient onboarding and therapy initiation.
- Maintain detailed communication logs and follow-up documentation.
- Cold call and engage new accounts across Primary Care, Podiatry, and Orthopedics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure logistical readiness and patient support.
- Contribute to building/scaling a new commercial footprint within an expanding Acute Care business.
- Demonstrate compliance and integrity in all interactions.
Skills/Competencies:
- Strong understanding of patient access, prior authorizations, and appeals.
- Familiarity with gout flares, clinical presentation, and treatment pathways.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to navigate complex insurance and documentation requirements.
- Organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience coordinating care across multiple stakeholders.
- Specialty distribution and patient support services familiarity is a plus.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree required; RN/clinical background a plus.
- Minimum 3+ years in pharmaceutical and/or medical device sales.
- Experience with Primary Care, Podiatry, or Orthopedic practices strongly preferred.
- Ability to travel overnight (40โ60%).
- Valid driverโs license required.
Benefits/Compensation (as stated):
- Base salary range: $140,000โ$170,000; eligible for short- and long-term incentive programs.
