Account Manager/Specialty Account Manager - Endocrinology (Rare Disease)
Territory covers: Grand Rapids, Lansing, MI

What You Will Do
Represent TEPEZZA to physicians and healthcare professionals, establish product sales, and perform total territory account management. Provide account management support within a specific geography, drive product demand, and coordinate field teams to address account needs.

Responsibilities
- Develop a territory business plan to achieve/exceed annual sales goals.
- Promote TEPEZZA within approved labeling in a fair, ethical, compliant manner.
- Address access, pull-through, and reimbursement by coordinating with key stakeholders and matrix teams.
- Build customer relationships by understanding customer needs/goals and communicating internally.
- Meet or exceed corporate sales goals.
- Communicate territory activity accurately and timely as directed.
- Drive product demand through education on disease state and product information.
- Provide feedback on changing environment and results to leadership and internal departments.
- Work with patient services and market access to achieve business goals.
- Coordinate between accounts and relevant field teams to support account needs.
- Educate healthcare professionals and office staff on site-of-care options.
- Attend medical congresses and society meetings as needed.
- Manage efforts within assigned promotional and operational budget.
- Maximize use of approved resources to meet territory/account goals.
- Complete required company training.
- Complete administrative duties accurately and timely.
- Perform other tasks as requested by the company.

Basic Qualifications
- Doctorate degree + 2 years collective account management/sales/commercial experience
OR Masterโ€™s + 6 years
OR Bachelorโ€™s + 8 years
OR Associate + 10 years

Preferred Qualifications
- Buy-and-bill experience with documented success and/or biologic/infusion experience (strongly preferred)
- Sales experience in Endocrinology and/or Ophthalmology and/or rare/specialty disease states
- Site-of-care and reimbursement experience (strongly preferred)
- Experience with institutions and integrated delivery networks
- Pharma account management selling experience; coordinate across field teams
- ~80% travel (may vary by territory), some overnight/weekend commitments
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Professional, proactive demeanor; strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Benefits
- Expected annual salary range (U.S., excluding Puerto Rico): $173,255.00โ€“$203,081.00
