What You Will Do
- Represent Tavneos to physicians and healthcare professionals to establish product demand and deliver comprehensive account management within a designated territory.
- Serve as a central point of contact to educate medical professionals and external stakeholders on disease state awareness and product information to support optimal patient care.
- Drive product utilization by identifying and addressing the unique needs of each account; build relationships, coordinate cross-functional field teams, and execute strategies to support rare disease treatments.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan to achieve and exceed sales objectives.
- Promote Tavneos within approved labeling in a fair, balanced, and ethical manner per compliance guidelines.
- Provide patient-centered education on disease state and product information.
- Build and manage relationships with physicians, nurses, office staff, case managers, infusion centers, and caregivers.
- Engage across delivery settings (private practices, academic institutions, IDNs, community hospitals, specialty clinics).
- Address patient access, reimbursement, and pull-through challenges with field access and patient services teams.
- Coordinate matrix teams (MSLs, Market Access, Nurse Educators, TLLs) for integrated, account-specific solutions.
- Lead/support referral networks and site-of-care pathways.
- Establish relationships with local/regional KOLs.
- Provide field insights and market intelligence to partners and leadership.
- Use approved tools, peer education, and digital channels to extend reach.
- Maximize promotional resources and operate within territory budget.
- Represent the company at medical congresses, society meetings, and educational events.
- Complete required training and administrative tasks per company policies and compliance.

Basic Qualifications
- Account Manager (Level 4): Bachelor’s + 3 years sales OR Associate + 6 years OR HS/GED + 8 years (pharma/biotech/medical device or hospital sales).
- Specialty Account Manager (Level 5): Doctorate + 2 years collective account mgmt/sales/commercial OR Master’s + 6 years OR Bachelor’s + 8 years OR Associate + 10 years.

Preferred Qualifications
- Buy-and-bill experience and/or biologic/infusion experience.
- Ophthalmology and/or rare/specialty disease sales experience.
- Site-of-care and reimbursement experience; experience with institutions/IDNs.
- Pharma account management selling experience coordinating across field teams.
- ~30% travel (territory-dependent), including some overnight/weekend.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; professional/proactive; strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication.
