Responsibilities:
- Represent KRYSTEXXA to physicians and healthcare professionals; establish product demand and deliver comprehensive account management within a designated territory.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan to achieve and exceed sales objectives.
- Promote KRYSTEXXA within approved labeling in a fair, balanced, and ethical manner in accordance with compliance guidelines.
- Serve as a trusted partner and disease expert; provide meaningful, patient-centered education on disease state and product information.
- Build and manage relationships across the patient care ecosystem (physicians, nurses, office staff, case managers, infusion centers, caregivers).
- Engage diverse healthcare delivery settings (private practices, academic institutions, IDNs, community hospitals, specialty clinics).
- Identify and address patient access, reimbursement, and pull-through challenges via cross-functional work with field access, patient services, and case managers.
- Coordinate internal matrix teams (e.g., MSLs, Market Access, Nurse Educators, TLLs) to deliver integrated, account-specific solutions.
- Lead or support referral networks and site-of-care pathways to enable seamless patient initiation and continuity of care.
- Establish relationships with local/regional KOLs.
- Contribute field insights and market intelligence to cross-functional partners and leadership.
- Use approved tools, peer education programs, and digital engagement channels.
- Maximize promotional resources and operate within assigned territory budget.
- Represent the company at medical congresses, society meetings, and educational events.
- Complete training and administrative responsibilities timely and accurately while upholding company policies and compliance standards.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of sales experience in pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device or hospital sales
- OR Associate degree and 6 years of relevant sales experience
- OR High school diploma/GED and 8 years of relevant sales experience

Preferred Qualifications:
- Buy-and-bill experience with documented success and/or biologic/infusion experience (strongly preferred)
- Sales experience in Nephrology and/or Ophthalmology and/or rare/specialty disease states
- Site-of-care and reimbursement experience (strongly preferred)
- Experience working with institutions and integrated delivery networks
- Pharma account management selling experience; coordinate across field teams to address full range of account needs (essential)
- ~50% travel (may vary), including some overnight/weekend commitments
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Professional, proactive demeanor; strong interpersonal skills; excellent written/verbal communication
