Womenโs Mental Health Account Manager (Field-based)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain critical relationships with OB/GYNs, Psychiatrists, Psychiatric NPs/PAs, Primary Care, allied health professionals, and support staff.
- Communicate complex clinical data, protocols, screening and treatment pathways, market access policies, and patient support services information to HCPs and stakeholders.
- Identify and support educational needs using an HCP engagement approach.
- Align product offerings to meet evolving HCP needs in a productive and compliant manner.
- Increase screening of PPD, drive PPD-focused initiatives, and impact PPD treatment pathways in affiliated health groups/systems.
- Develop and execute sales plans for the assigned territory.
- Field-based territory includes Tucson, AZ and Yuma, AZ (ideal candidate lives in Tucson Metro); some overnight travel may be required.
Qualifications:
- BS/BA required; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of pharma, specialty, hospital, and/or biotech sales required (breadth across disciplines highly desirable).
- Strong Womenโs Health and launch experience preferred.
- Account Management/Group Practice/GPO role success preferred; specialty pharmacy experience preferred.
- Proven track record of success (e.g., Top 30% ranking for 2+ years, achievement awards).
- Demonstrated ability to drive results in a challenging/ambiguous market.
- Tenacious, collaborative, outside-the-box thinker; customer/patient-focused.
- Commitment to compliance with company policies, applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Valid driverโs license and acceptable driving record required; must reside in territory.

Compensation: Base salary range $138,000.00โ$185,000.00.
