Women’s Mental Health Account Manager (field-based)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with OB/GYNs, psychiatrists, psychiatric NPs/PAs, primary care, other allied health professionals, and support staff.
- Increase Post-Partum Depression (PPD) screening and drive PPD-focused initiatives.
- Impact PPD treatment pathways in affiliated health groups and systems.
- Develop and execute sales plans for the assigned territory.
- Communicate complex clinical data, protocols, screening/treatment pathways, market access policies, and patient support services to HCPs and key stakeholders.
- Identify and support educational needs of stakeholders and align product offerings to evolving HCP needs in a productive and compliant manner.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- BS/BA required; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of pharma, specialty, hospital, and/or biotech sales (breadth across disciplines highly desirable).
- Strong Women’s Health and launch experience preferred.
- Account Management/Group Practice/GPO role success preferred.
- Experience with Specialty Pharmacy preferred.
- Proven success: consistent Top 30% ranking over 2+ years; achievement awards, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to drive results in challenging/ambiguous markets.
- Customer/patient-focused; can identify challenges and achieve results with minimal guidance.
- Compliance-focused: support, adopt, and promote a culture of compliance with company policies and applicable laws/regulations/industry standards.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
- Must reside in territory; overnight travel 50%.
