Roles and Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain proficiency in relevant disease states, patient/clinic experience, market landscape, and product.
- Drive company revenue by achieving sales/marketing objectives and goals.
- Serve as primary commercial interface with key accounts; accountable for overall customer experience.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key account stakeholders (e.g., physicians, nurses, office staff, management).
- Establish and execute business plans for key accounts aligned to national strategy; communicate plans and lead strategy discussions with leadership.
- Assess treatment patterns and referral networks.
- Collaborate compliantly with stakeholders (community engagement, patient services, medical affairs, operations) to achieve account objectives.
- Use approved resources effectively; routinely share insights/challenges/best practices with Regional Sales Director.
- Share field insights with home-office team and participate in internal workshops; bring forward innovative engagement tactics.
- Operate with professional integrity and in alignment with company culture and values.

Qualifications / Preferred Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field.
- 4+ years biotech/pharma sales and account management experience.
- Preferred: Nephrology, Hematology/Oncology, and/or rare disease experience; valued: transplant and hospital/IDN experience.
- Preferred: experience in product launches.

Skills & Abilities:
- Proven sales success; expertise creating/executing account plans.
- Strong communication, active listening, and ability to engage virtually.
- Collaboration driven by emotional intelligence; integrity; learning agility; comfort navigating ambiguity.
- Must live in territory; comply with credentialing requirements.

Travel Requirements:
- Up to 75% domestic travel, including overnights.
