Summary
The Account Manager is responsible for positioning and selling the Pacira portfolio within an assigned territory, working with the Regional Director to develop a business plan to exceed defined sales revenue targets.

Responsibilities
- Identify target markets using account-based operations and reporting tools/dashboards.
- Exceed corporate revenue objectives within a specified geography.
- Work with surgeons, anesthesiologists, healthcare providers, and pharmacy on pain management adoption.
- Develop and maintain expertise of all products.
- Participate in strategic/tactical planning with the Regional Director.
- Update and document sales account information in Veeva.
- Demonstrate hospital/ASC/office conversion process expertise.
- Develop and execute sales and retention strategies.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings to close business and minimize obstacles.
- Manage the territory through office visits and service education.
- Communicate opportunities, market trends, and issues to leadership.
- Manage expense budgets.
- Stay current on clinical data and discuss it with healthcare professionals.

Qualifications
- Bachelorโ€™s degree (required).
- 1+ year direct selling to hospitals/healthcare professionals in pharma/biotech/device/healthcare (required).
- 1+ year selling in the OR (preferred).
- Excellent English communication and strong presentation skills.
- Timely hospital credentialing completion to gain facility access.
- CRM tools experience required.
- Able to travel extensively; valid driverโ€™s license; live in or near assigned territory.
