Position Summary
The Account Executive β MI Clarity drives awareness, adoption, and utilization of MI Clarity, an AI-powered prognostic assay assessing early and late distant recurrence risk in eligible postmenopausal patients with HR-positive/HER2-negative, node-negative early-stage breast cancer. Partners with oncologists, breast surgeons, pathologists, nurse navigators, and healthcare systems to educate stakeholders and integrate the assay into clinical workflows.
Job Responsibilities
- Educate providers on MI Clarityβs clinical utility, prognostic value, and evidence (early and late distant recurrence risk).
- Present clinical data and validation studies; explain how AI-driven pathology analysis differs from traditional genomic/molecular assays.
- Lead in-person and virtual educational programs and consultative discussions on risk stratification, treatment planning, extended endocrine therapy, and reducing overtreatment/undertreatment.
- Position MI Clarity as clinical decision support; address performance, patient selection, workflow integration, turnaround time, and interpretation.
- Develop and execute territory/account plans; build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
- Identify key opinion leaders/champions; support testing workflow implementation.
- Analyze performance data; maintain CRM documentation, forecasting, and account activity records.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support customer success; ensure compliant, accurate clinical/promotional communications.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree (life sciences/healthcare preferred).
- 3+ years sales experience in oncology, diagnostics, molecular testing, pathology, medical device, or pharmaceutical sales.
- Understanding of breast cancer treatment pathways; ability to interpret/communicate clinical data.
- Proven relationship-building with providers/health systems.
- Excellent presentation/communication/consultative selling; travel within assigned territory.
Preferred Qualifications
- Selling oncology diagnostics/precision medicine; existing oncology/breast-center relationships.
- Launching new products/assays; digital pathology/pathology workflow familiarity.
- Knowledge of prognostic/predictive breast cancer assays; provider engagement; workflow implementation; territory growth.
