Position Summary
Account Executive – MI Clarity: Drive awareness, adoption, and utilization of MI Clarity, an AI-powered prognostic assay for early and late distant recurrence risk in postmenopausal patients with HR+/HER2-, node-negative early-stage breast cancer.

Job Responsibilities
- Educate healthcare providers on MI Clarity’s clinical utility and evidence, including early/late distant recurrence risk.
- Present clinical data and explain differentiation of AI-driven pathology from traditional genomic/molecular assays.
- Lead in-person/virtual consultative, evidence-based discussions on risk stratification, treatment planning, extended endocrine therapy, and reducing overtreatment/undertreatment.
- Position MI Clarity as clinical decision support (assay performance, patient selection, workflow integration, turnaround time, clinical interpretation).
- Develop and execute territory/account plans to drive awareness, adoption, and utilization.
- Build relationships with oncologists, breast surgeons, pathologists, nurse navigators, and health system decision-makers.
- Identify/engage KOLs, decision-makers, and clinical champions.
- Support testing workflow implementation and operational integration.
- Analyze account performance/utilization trends and target engagement strategies.
- Maintain accurate CRM documentation, forecasting, and activity records.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Support.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (life sciences/healthcare preferred).
- 3+ years sales experience in oncology, diagnostics, molecular testing, pathology, medical device, or pharmaceutical sales.
- Strong understanding of breast cancer treatment pathways and oncology terminology.
- Proven relationship-building with providers and health systems.
- Excellent presentation/communication/consultative selling; ability to interpret and communicate clinical data.
- Ability to travel within assigned territory.

Preferred Qualifications
- Oncology diagnostics/precision medicine sales experience; existing oncology/breast center relationships.
- Launch experience; familiarity with pathology/digital pathology and prognostic/predictive assays.
- Experience with provider engagement, workflow implementation, territory growth, and CRM accuracy.
