Responsibilities:
- Drive awareness, adoption, and utilization of MI Clarity (AI-powered prognostic assay for early and late distant recurrence risk in eligible postmenopausal patients with HR+/HER2-, node-negative early-stage breast cancer).
- Educate oncology and care teams on clinical utility, evidence, and prognostic value; present data and validation studies; explain how AI pathology differs from traditional genomic/molecular assays.
- Lead in-person/virtual educational programs and consultative discussions on risk stratification, treatment planning, extended endocrine therapy, and reducing overtreatment/undertreatment.
- Position MI Clarity as clinical decision support; address assay performance, patient selection, workflow integration, turnaround time, and clinical interpretation.
- Develop territory/account plans; build relationships with key stakeholders (oncologists, breast surgeons, pathologists, APPs, nurse navigators, health system admins).
- Identify key opinion leaders/champions; support testing workflow implementation and operational integration.
- Analyze performance/usage data; maintain accurate CRM documentation and forecasting.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (Medical Affairs, Marketing, Operations, Customer Support) and ensure compliant, approved communications.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree (life sciences/healthcare preferred)
- 3+ years sales experience in oncology/diagnostics/molecular testing/pathology/medical device/pharma
- Strong knowledge of breast cancer treatment pathways; consultative selling; ability to interpret/communicate clinical data
- Travel within assigned territory
Preferred Qualifications:
- Oncology diagnostics/precision medicine sales; existing oncology/breast center relationships
- Launch experience; pathology/digital pathology familiarity; prognostic/predictive assay knowledge
Annual Hiring Range: $125,000β$145,000
