Position Summary
- Responsible for driving awareness, adoption, and utilization of MI Clarity (AI-powered prognostic assay for early and late distant recurrence risk in postmenopausal HR-positive/HER2-negative, node-negative early-stage breast cancer).
- Partner with oncologists, breast surgeons, pathologists, nurse navigators, and healthcare systems to educate stakeholders, integrate the assay into clinical workflows, and increase appropriate utilization.

Job Responsibilities
- Educate providers on clinical utility, prognostic value, and evidence for MI Clarity.
- Present clinical data and validation studies; differentiate AI-driven pathology from traditional genomic/molecular assays.
- Lead in-person/virtual educational programs and consultative discussions on risk stratification, treatment planning, extended endocrine therapy considerations, and reducing overtreatment/undertreatment.
- Position MI Clarity as clinical decision support (performance, patient selection, workflow integration, turnaround time, interpretation).
- Develop territory/account plans to drive awareness, adoption, and utilization.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders (oncologists, surgeons, pathologists, APPs, navigators, health system administrators).
- Identify and engage KOLs/champions to support adoption and long-term utilization.
- Support implementation of testing workflows and operational integration.
- Analyze account performance data; maintain CRM documentation, forecasting, and activity records.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (Medical Affairs, Marketing, Operations, Customer Support) and ensure compliant, accurate communications.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (life sciences/healthcare preferred).
- 3+ years sales experience in oncology/diagnostics/molecular testing/pathology/medical device/pharma.
- Strong understanding of breast cancer pathways/oncology terminology.
- Proven relationship-building with healthcare providers and health systems.
- Excellent presentation/communication/consultative selling; ability to interpret and communicate clinical data.
- Ability to travel within assigned territory.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling oncology diagnostics/precision medicine; existing oncology/breast-center relationships.
- Launch experience; familiarity with pathology workflows/digital pathology.
- Knowledge of prognostic/predictive breast assays; workflow implementation and territory growth; CRM accuracy.

Annual Hiring Range
- $125,000 - $145,000.
