Position Summary
Account Executive β MI Clarity drives awareness, adoption, and utilization of MI Clarity, an AI-powered prognostic assay for assessing early and late distant recurrence risk in eligible postmenopausal patients with HR-positive/HER2-negative, node-negative early-stage breast cancer. Partners with oncology and clinical stakeholders to educate on clinical value, integrate into workflows, and increase appropriate use.
Job Responsibilities
- Educate providers on clinical utility, evidence, and prognostic value of MI Clarity.
- Present clinical/validation data; explain differentiation from traditional genomic/molecular assays.
- Lead in-person/virtual education and consultative discussions on risk stratification and treatment planning.
- Position MI Clarity as clinical decision support (assay performance, patient selection, workflow integration, turnaround time, interpretation).
- Develop territory/account plans; build relationships with key clinical decision-makers and champions.
- Support testing workflow implementation; analyze performance data to target engagement.
- Maintain accurate CRM, forecasting, and account activity records.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support customer success; ensure compliant clinical/promotional communications.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree (life sciences/healthcare preferred).
- 3+ years sales experience in oncology/diagnostics/molecular testing/pathology/medical device/pharma.
- Strong breast cancer/oncology pathway knowledge; consultative selling; ability to interpret clinical data.
- Proven relationship-building with providers and health systems; ability to travel within assigned territory.
Preferred Qualifications
- Oncology diagnostics/precision medicine sales experience; existing oncology/breast-center relationships.
- Experience launching new assays; digital pathology/pathology workflow familiarity.
- Knowledge of prognostic/predictive breast assays; provider engagement; workflow implementation; territory growth/market penetration; strong CRM accuracy.
Physical Demands / Additional
- Ability to sit/stand for extended periods and lift routine office materials; travel may include evenings/weekends/holidays.
