Position Summary: Account Executive – MI Clarity drives awareness, adoption, and utilization of MI Clarity, an AI-powered prognostic assay assessing early and late distant recurrence risk in postmenopausal patients with HR-positive/HER2-negative, node-negative early-stage breast cancer.

Job Responsibilities:
- Educate healthcare providers on MI Clarity’s clinical utility and evidence for early/late recurrence risk.
- Present clinical data and validation studies; differentiate AI-driven pathology analysis from traditional assays.
- Lead in-person/virtual educational programs and consultative discussions on risk stratification, treatment planning, extended endocrine therapy, and reducing overtreatment/undertreatment.
- Position MI Clarity as clinical decision support (performance, patient selection, workflow integration, turnaround time, interpretation).
- Develop and execute territory/account plans; build stakeholder relationships.
- Identify KOLs/decision-makers/champions to support adoption and long-term utilization.
- Support testing workflow implementation and operational integration.
- Analyze performance data to find growth opportunities; monitor adoption/utilization; target engagement.
- Maintain accurate CRM, forecasting, and account records.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (Medical Affairs, Marketing, Operations, Customer Support).

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (life sciences/healthcare preferred).
- 3+ years sales experience in oncology/diagnostics/molecular testing/pathology/medical device/pharma.
- Strong breast cancer/oncology treatment pathway knowledge; consultative communication; ability to interpret clinical data.
- Ability to travel within assigned territory.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience selling oncology diagnostics/precision medicine; oncology/breast-center relationships.
- Launch experience; familiarity with pathology workflows/digital pathology; prognostic/predictive assay knowledge.

Travel may include evenings/weekends/holidays; ability to sit/stand and lift routine office materials.
