Position Summary
The Account Executive – MI Clarity drives awareness, adoption, and utilization of MI Clarity, an AI-powered prognostic assay assessing early and late distant recurrence risk in postmenopausal patients with HR-positive/HER2-negative, node-negative early-stage breast cancer.

Job Responsibilities
- Educate healthcare providers on MI Clarity’s clinical utility, prognostic value, and supporting evidence.
- Present clinical data and validation studies; differentiate AI-driven pathology analysis from traditional assays.
- Conduct in-person/virtual educational programs and consultative discussions on risk stratification, treatment planning, extended endocrine therapy considerations, and reducing overtreatment/undertreatment.
- Position MI Clarity as clinical decision-support; address assay performance, patient selection, workflow integration, turnaround time, and clinical interpretation.
- Develop and execute territory/account plans to drive awareness and utilization.
- Build relationships with oncologists, breast surgeons, pathologists, advanced practice providers, nurse navigators, and health system administrators.
- Identify and engage KOLs/champions to support adoption and long-term utilization.
- Support testing workflow implementation and operational integration.
- Analyze performance/usage data to identify growth opportunities and engagement strategies.
- Maintain CRM documentation, forecasting, and account activity records.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Support.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (life sciences/healthcare preferred).
- 3+ years sales experience in oncology, diagnostics, molecular testing, pathology, medical device, or pharmaceutical sales.
- Strong knowledge of breast cancer treatment pathways/oncology terminology.
- Relationship-building with providers and health systems.
- Excellent presentation/communication/consultative selling.
- Ability to interpret/communicate clinical data.
- Ability to travel in assigned territory.

Preferred Qualifications
- Selling oncology diagnostics/precision medicine; existing oncology/breast center relationships.
- Experience launching new products/assays; pathology workflows/digital pathology familiarity.
- Knowledge of prognostic/predictive breast assays; provider engagement/educational activity.
- Workflow implementation success; territory growth; CRM accuracy.

Additional Information
- Travel may include evenings, weekends, or holidays.
