Position Summary
Account Executive β MI Clarity: Drive awareness, adoption, and utilization of MI Clarity, an AI-powered prognostic assay assessing early and late distant recurrence risk in postmenopausal patients with HR+/HER2-, node-negative early-stage breast cancer. Partner with oncology and clinical teams to educate on clinical value, integrate into workflows, and increase appropriate utilization.
Job Responsibilities
- Educate providers on MI Clarity clinical utility, evidence, and prognostic value.
- Present clinical data and explain differentiation vs traditional genomic/molecular assays.
- Lead in-person/virtual consultative discussions on risk stratification, treatment planning, extended endocrine therapy, and reducing overtreatment/undertreatment.
- Position MI Clarity as clinical decision-support; address performance, patient selection, workflow integration, turnaround time, and interpretation.
- Develop territory/account plans to drive adoption and utilization.
- Build relationships with oncologists, surgeons, pathologists, APPs, nurse navigators, and health system decision-makers.
- Identify key opinion leaders/champions to support adoption.
- Support testing workflow implementation and operational integration.
- Analyze account data; monitor trends; target engagement opportunities.
- Maintain accurate CRM documentation/forecasting.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (Medical Affairs, Marketing, Operations, Customer Support).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree (life sciences/healthcare preferred).
- 3+ years sales experience in oncology, diagnostics, molecular testing, pathology, medical device, or pharma.
- Strong breast cancer/oncology pathway knowledge; ability to interpret/communicate clinical data.
- Proven relationship-building with providers/health systems.
- Excellent presentation/communication/consultative selling; travel within territory.
Preferred Qualifications
- Selling oncology diagnostics/precision medicine; existing oncology/breast center relationships.
- Experience launching assays; digital pathology/pathology workflow familiarity.
- Knowledge of prognostic/predictive breast cancer assays.
- Prior provider engagement, workflow implementation, territory growth, CRM execution.
