Position Summary
- Drive awareness, adoption, and utilization of MI Clarity, an AI-powered prognostic assay for assessing early and late distant recurrence risk in eligible postmenopausal patients with HR-positive/HER2-negative, node-negative early-stage breast cancer.
- Partner with oncologists, breast surgeons, pathologists, nurse navigators, and healthcare systems to educate stakeholders on clinical value, integrate the assay into clinical workflows, and increase appropriate utilization.
Job Responsibilities
- Educate providers on MI Clarityโs clinical utility and evidence, including identification of early and late distant recurrence risk.
- Present clinical data and validation studies; explain differentiation of AI-driven pathology analysis vs traditional assays.
- Lead in-person/virtual consultative education on risk stratification, treatment planning, extended endocrine therapy considerations, and reducing overtreatment/undertreatment.
- Position MI Clarity as clinical decision-support; address assay performance, patient selection, workflow integration, turnaround time, and interpretation.
- Develop territory/account plans; build stakeholder relationships and engage key opinion leaders/champions.
- Support testing workflow implementation and operational integration; analyze performance data for growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate CRM documentation/forecasting; collaborate cross-functionally to support business objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelorโs degree (life sciences/healthcare preferred).
- 3+ years sales in oncology/diagnostics/molecular testing/pathology/medical device/pharmaceutical.
- Strong breast cancer/oncology treatment pathway knowledge; relationship building with providers/health systems.
- Excellent presentation/communication/consultative selling; interpret/communicate clinical data.
- Ability to travel within assigned territory.
Preferred Qualifications
- Selling oncology diagnostics/precision medicine; existing oncology/breast center relationships.
- Launch experience; pathology workflows/digital pathology; knowledge of prognostic/predictive assays.
- Experience with provider engagement, workflow implementation, territory growth, and CRM accuracy.
