Position Summary
The Account Executive – MI Clarity drives awareness, adoption, and utilization of MI Clarity, an AI-powered prognostic assay assessing early and late distant recurrence risk in postmenopausal patients with HR-positive/HER2-negative, node-negative early-stage breast cancer. Partners with oncology and care teams to educate on clinical value, integrate into clinical workflows, and increase appropriate utilization.

Job Responsibilities
- Educate providers/care teams on MI Clarity’s clinical utility and evidence, including early and late distant recurrence risk identification.
- Present clinical data, validation studies, and explain differentiation of AI-driven pathology analysis from traditional assays.
- Lead in-person/virtual educational programs and consultative discussions on risk stratification, treatment planning, extended endocrine therapy, and reducing overtreatment/undertreatment.
- Position MI Clarity as clinical decision support (performance, patient selection, workflow integration, turnaround time, clinical interpretation).
- Develop/execute territory and account plans to drive awareness, adoption, and utilization.
- Build relationships with oncologists, breast surgeons, pathologists, APs, nurse navigators, and health system stakeholders.
- Identify/engage key opinion leaders and clinical champions.
- Support testing workflow implementation and operational integration.
- Analyze account performance data; monitor adoption trends; develop targeted engagement strategies.
- Maintain accurate CRM, forecasting, and account activity records.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Support.
- Ensure compliant clinical and promotional communications.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (life sciences/healthcare preferred).
- 3+ years sales experience in oncology, diagnostics, molecular testing, pathology, medical device, or pharmaceutical sales.
- Strong breast cancer/oncology treatment pathway knowledge.
- Relationship-building with providers and health systems.
- Presentation/communication/consultative selling skills.
- Ability to interpret and communicate clinical data.
- Ability to travel within assigned territory.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling oncology diagnostics/precision medicine.
- Existing relationships in oncology/breast centers.
- Experience launching new assays/products.
- Familiarity with pathology workflows and digital pathology.
- Knowledge of prognostic/predictive breast cancer assays.
- Provider engagement/educational activity; workflow implementation; territory growth; CRM accuracy.
