Position Summary
- Account Executive β MI Clarity drives awareness, adoption, and utilization of MI Clarity, an AI-powered prognostic assay for early and late distant recurrence risk in postmenopausal HR+/HER2-, node-negative early-stage breast cancer.
Job Responsibilities
- Educate healthcare providers on MI Clarityβs clinical utility and evidence.
- Present clinical data and explain differentiation from traditional genomic/molecular assays.
- Lead in-person/virtual consultative discussions on risk stratification, treatment planning, and extended endocrine therapy to reduce overtreatment/undertreatment.
- Position MI Clarity as clinical decision support (performance, patient selection, workflow integration, turnaround time, interpretation).
- Develop territory/account plans; build stakeholder relationships (oncologists, breast surgeons, pathologists, nurse navigators, health system admins).
- Identify clinical champions and key opinion leaders.
- Support testing workflow implementation and operational integration.
- Analyze performance data to target engagement; maintain accurate CRM documentation/forecasting.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (Medical Affairs, Marketing, Operations, Customer Support) and ensure compliance with policies, healthcare regulations, and approved communications.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree (life sciences/healthcare preferred).
- 3+ years sales in oncology/diagnostics/molecular testing/pathology/medical device/pharmaceutical sales.
- Strong breast cancer treatment pathway knowledge; interpret/communicate clinical data.
- Proven provider/health system relationship building; consultative selling and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel within assigned territory.
Preferred Qualifications
- Oncology diagnostics/precision medicine sales; relationships in oncology/breast centers.
- Experience launching new products/assays; digital pathology/pathology workflow familiarity.
- Knowledge of prognostic/predictive breast cancer assays; successful workflow implementation and territory growth.
