Position Summary
The Account Executive – MI Clarity drives awareness, adoption, and utilization of MI Clarity, an AI-powered prognostic assay assessing early and late distant recurrence risk in postmenopausal patients with HR-positive/HER2-negative, node-negative early-stage breast cancer. Partners with oncologists, breast surgeons, pathologists, nurse navigators, and healthcare systems to educate stakeholders, integrate the assay into clinical workflows, and increase appropriate utilization.

Job Responsibilities
- Educate providers on clinical utility, prognostic value, and evidence for MI Clarity.
- Present clinical data and explain differentiation of AI-driven pathology analysis from traditional genomic/molecular assays.
- Lead in-person/virtual educational programs and consultative discussions on risk stratification, treatment planning, and extended endocrine therapy to reduce overtreatment/undertreatment.
- Position MI Clarity as clinical decision support (performance, patient selection, workflow integration, turnaround time, clinical interpretation).
- Develop/execute territory and account plans; build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Identify and engage key opinion leaders and clinical champions.
- Support implementation of testing workflows; analyze performance data and develop targeted engagement strategies.
- Maintain CRM documentation and forecasting; collaborate cross-functionally to support customer success.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (life sciences/healthcare preferred).
- 3+ years sales experience in oncology/diagnostics/molecular testing/pathology/medical device/pharmaceutical sales.
- Understanding of breast cancer treatment pathways and oncology terminology.
- Relationship-building ability; consultative selling; ability to interpret clinical data.
- Ability to travel in assigned territory.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling oncology diagnostics or precision medicine; relationships in oncology/breast centers.
- Experience launching new assays; familiarity with pathology/digital pathology.
- Knowledge of prognostic/predictive breast cancer assays; provider engagement; workflow implementation; territory growth; strong CRM accuracy.
